Buchanan Haulng and Rigging Discrimiates against female owner operators and violates there own policies.
A female owner operator got a out of service for a flat tire. 1 week later when Mr. Gary Buchanan had a problem with new flatbed drivers not securing loads properly( which had nothing to do with the owner operator) and that owner operator did not want to go to califorina, her lease was terminated, her first out of service fix it tickett, in violation of there policies.
Further, Mr. Mike Roberts, is the main cause of that company going downhill, putting loads on drivers to run illegal, and charging owner operators huge Asscesorial fees that do not exist.
My advice is do not go to this company as they will take money away from you, and certain people can prove this in a court of law.
