Buddys Home Furninshings charged late fee when not due, Seffner Florida

I have bought several things from this store but since they changed management, records are not kept accurantly. they charged late fees when payment not late, called my home when payment not due, tried to charge me payments for an item that had been paid off 6 weeks prior, every two weeks i told them it was paid in full. employees made fun of customers and laughed at them. very bad customer service, the music is so loud you can not hear anything in the store.
