I have never ordered medicine online, let alone from a foreign country, so I was shocked when I received a shipping envelope containing medicine (Sibutramine), in the mail. Its return address was in Victoria, Seychelles. I had no idea where that was.
The invoice had my complete address, my phone number (incorrect by 1 digit) and an E-mail address, apparently fabricated to be mine. The invoice indicated that it was purchased by credit card, but didn't identify the card.
I checked my Visa account, and found that I had been charged $169.95 for a 3 month supply of a medicine which I had never even heard of.
I don't know how this company got my name, address, and credit card number, but I suspect that someone on the internet is selling information like that, for profit. I don't know if these companies buy the info to increase their sales, or what...
I'm trying to get my credit card company to get the charge removed. I don't know what's going to happen, though. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I don't think that a company would just pick only me... out of the blue, so I expect there are other people out there who have gotten medicine they didn't order.

Budget Medicines DID send medication to the purchaser in our usual response to orders placed on our website.
This order was fraudulently placed by an affiliate (salesman) on behalf of the client. The salesman was then paid commissions and "dissappeared" before the charge-backs for this and other orders were reported by the customer.
The fraudulent activity was not an action of Budget Medicines. Budget Medicines simply shipped and fulfilled an order as per our obligation to customers who order via our reputable site.
The customer above did alert us to this matter, and after an investigation received a FULL refund.
The person responsible for the fraud was reported to various agencies and other online stores.
We have full documentation available regarding the refund and fraudulent activity, and would welcome the original poster of this message confirming that they received their refund.
It is our belief that this matter was settled amicably. We have only being alerted to this post on this date, hence this late reply.
