Budget Rent a car Budget Car Rental Total scam they don't explain the insurance or deductible Calgary Airport Canada Calgary, Alberta

On Wednesday April 27th I had rented a car from budget rentals at the Calgary International Airport. A budget dealt with a Budget agent employee number 112.
I had asked to take the insurance and asked the agent if I was covered fully.
He said yes youre a covered bumper to bumper along with 3rd party liability. He assured me of my $25.95 per day covered everything, however there was no mention of any deductibles in case of a collision etc..  When I returned the car I mentioned to the parkade agent about the chip. He surprised my by saying I would be charged a $300.00
deductible.  I disputed this with him and he directed me to the Assistant manager in the building.  The Assistant manager was very rude and uncooperative as he offered no assistance and just told me to call customer service.  A charge of $576.21 was automatically charged to my credit card, $364.92 of this was as a result of the deductible with
taxes and fees.  After 3 days of phone calls to the manager, Rahim, he finally took my call.
He was completely uncooperative and unprofessional.  He basically said, "you read and signed the agreement". Customer service was no better.  I highly recommend to avoid Budget as I found out that most other Rental companies don't play these games. 
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and hope for a favorable result
