Buel, Inc Bait & Switch Chesnee South Carolina

This company is the worst of the worst.  They start you out with a ragged out truck that you have no option but go through their lease purchase plan.  The lease company is owned by the Bob Watson, the owner of Buel, Inc.

The truck we were issued was a 2007 KW, it had over 800,000 miles on it, it was in poor repair and it was filthy when it was issued to us.

We only did two turns with this company, as they would not issue an advance while on the road, against your forthcoming settlement.  In essence, they left you to starve.

Upon our leaving this company, they failed to issue us a refund for the maintenance that was paid on this truck and failed to return our escrow.

They came up with a bogus repair that needed to be done to the truck as justification for keeping the above-mentioned monies.

When we initially got into the truck, the batteries were dead.  We told them that they needed to be replaced, we were told not to shut the vehicle off.  Can you imagine.  While in Texas, the batteries had to be replaced as the old batteries would no longer hold a charge.  They tried multiple times to charge us back for said batteries even though we told them from the onset that they needed to be replaced.

Further, they forced us to pay for reefer fuel, which was not part of our contract and those prices were inflated, compared to our receipts.  

This company currently has a class action suit pending against them for such fraudulent actions.

Stay away from this company at all costs.
