I want justice.
Too whom it may concern,
I------------- ask that this written statement  and complaint be placed in my case file attached to my Plea. I am agreeing to this plea for the sole purpose of ending this court process and recovering as much of the funds I have already exhausted in this case. I am unable to afford the future expenses to fly back to Florida to defend my innocents as I live 3,500 miles from your county.

I would like to explain the facts of this case and explain why I am innocent from this charge. On (4-1-11) While on vacation, I was attacked and sucker punched in the jaw by two individuals at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kissimmee Florida. I was knocked unconscious as the two attackers fled the scene and they never attempted or had any contact with police. they fled the scene

The primary witness for this case -------------r was fired from his management position for his actions and conduct in this case. The arresting Deputy made a statement to my wife on her cell phone answering service he stated unfortunately Paul was arrested because he was the only one remaining at the scene who was involved  in the incident. The arresting Deputies probable cause statement is not accurate or truthful The deputy did not witness me commit a crime of disorderly conduct or any crime for that matter in his presents. His statement for probable cause does not qualify for any violation of disorderly conduct.

Deputy ---------   ignored exculpatory video of the entire incident and refused to retain it or view it on scene even after I requested him to view it and acquire it. Deputy -------- omitted from his report the attack and injuries I suffered from the two fleeing alleged victims of this incident. Buffalo Wild Wings Representative ------------ admitted they had the entire attack on video and have refused all attempts Mr.------------ law firm and I have presented them to disclose this evidence in fear of a law suit. This evidence has probably been destroyed by now because law enforcement has refused to retain this exculpatory evidence.

I cant afford to defend my innocents as the exculpatory video evidence was refused and ignored. I am in fear of law enforcement testilying  in trial. I truly feel an injustice has occurred and everyone involved should be investigated for crimes committed against me. This is my statement and complaint to whom it may concern.
