Buffy Campbell Abusive, Liar, Scammer Port Orchard, Washington

 I bought a horse from Buffy Campbell 2 years ago and I'm finally coming foward with my story. I found her ad on craigslist. She claimed to rescue and rehabilitate horses and then find them forever homes. The horse I called on seem so perfect. My first horse and I was pretty clueless on what I was doing. My friend and I met her at The Riding Place which she was late, to take 3 of the horses out on a trail ride so I could get a feel for the horse. She was great! We even took the horses saddle off to check her out and she seemed to be in good health and I fell in love. I put a deposit on her cause I couldnt take her at the moment. Then after that it took me awhile to get a hold of her. I began to think I had been ripped off. She eventually contacted me with some excuse. The next time I came out to hang out at The Riding Place with the horse she was late like the first time. I did find it wierd that she did not ever have me meet her at her place. But she said she did stall work to use their facilities and then I got charged my the owners to ride there. That day I gave them money for feed and hoof trimming. The last time I came out, late again what a surprise! This time it was her daughter Heather. I noticed ribs showing by this time. Then it was about 2 weeks till I was able to move my horse to the place I was buying. I get a phone call saying they are moving to a larger property and remember the city but far from where she and I lived and that she could go with them till I got her. Then changed her mind and I needed to get her within 2 days. So thankfully my friends boarding facility had a spot for her to stay for a week and half. They drove her to me and were suppose to have her to me between 5 and 6. Showed up after dark around 10. ALso needed way too much for gas and more for feed that I owed her. The next day I went out and seen my horse by this point she was at least 100 lbs under weight:( What a sick sick person. I hope she gets caught and thrown in jail for a long time. I wish I new the story about my girl. The said they got her from a nasty horse rescue. Probaly stole her. SHe has horrible trust issues still and would like to know her story. I know I got ripped off but I love my horse and she is well fed and loved like crazy and will never have to spend her days suffering again! I always thought something was wierd about Buffy and figured she was a tweeker but wasnt sure. Then the paper came out for the Kitsap Sun and realized what a terrible person she was. My horse That I paid for was being rode into the ground by Heather in the pictures!! Any questions feel free to ask.
