Oct 2015 I lost house due to flood Natt Gomez contacting me about doing the remodeling on my house unlivable. I met with him on several occassions spoke with him about everything that needed to be done and was told I was in good hands as well as a 2year warranty with all work. After that I came on several occassions the men where caught drinking on the job even as far as leaving a whole empty bottle of Crown Royal in a bucket in my yard, I called the owner Natt Gomez said he would have a talk with them. Before that problem I was told they would redo all the texture in the house so it would match at no cost, after I caught them drinking and spoke up , the foreman Freddie came back told me it was going to cost me 1500 for them to redo texture. I told him unexceptable. I had to call Natt Gomez on several occassions him stating he would come out there and check on things not once did he come. After all was said in done which was suppose to be done by Xmas then New Years which wasnt tell after , leaving me and my kids with no home for over 3months. Natt came to me asking for me to settle up and I asked him about doing a punch list gave him a sticky that needed to be done which included having a back splash made for my stove that doesnt go to the wall leaving a gap between wall and stove  , he said he was having it made. I have text and called him on several occassions about this backsplash and everytime he has either told me he forgot it or its in wrong car or states he will show up at a certain time and never come. For the last 2 months he will not answer my text messages, emails or phone calls. Leaving me with no back splash for stove, missing flashing for front door, and now my counter tops are drifting apart needing a bracket to brace them. In contract it states 2 yr warranty and he will not honor by ignoring any communication I have tried. Being a single mother with 2 kids this is hearbreaking putting your trust in someone that is suppose to make things better after losing everything. I had no problem paying him anytime he asked and now he is done. Bad Business
