The roof on our house was warranted for 30 years when purchased in 1999. In 2008 the roof began curling and falling off our house. I called this company and explained the situation. Instead of coming out to inspect the roof, they made me take pictures and tear up my roof further for samples so there so called "lab" could determine the problem. What a joke. After paying for postage, film development, and waiting for over a month, I called them only to hear that it was my fault.
In 2010, my insurance company insisted I get a new roof. I found out a lawsuit had been filed against this company for failure to honor warrantys. I thought there mught be hope this time. Once again, no one would come inspect our roof. Once again, I took pictures, tore up more of the roof, sent it in, and waited, and waited.
i received a letter over a month later stating that the problem was caused by the environment. Total scam.
