After doing some research about E-Cigs (electronic cigarettes), I decided to try BullSmoke.com, as their site seemed operational and their prices were fair.

I was in for a big surprise after I ordered.

I opted for overnight shipping ($20+) assuming that BullSmoke, like nearly all online retailers, processed their orders the next business day.

Nope. Not only do they not process their orders the next business day, but they will hold your order for ransom until they feel like processing it.

I tried to use their site's "Live Chat" feature to no avail. No one ever responded.

After emailing their support email address (support@bullsmoke.com) I eventually received a response that my order would not ship until later.

Not today, not tomorrow...just "later."

After perusing their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/buybullsmoke) I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem, as there are several people that are complaining their orders are never fulfilled.

False Report. Never Took an Overnight Order from Jacksonville.

We stand by our customer service first hand and at times orders do slip through the cracks.  Thanks to a huge sale (over $50 off kits and $1 disposables) and a recent strike at the port of Miami, we were back-ordered on select items.

The company has been in contact with customers in this regard and everyone is crystal clear that we have a warehouse full of product and orders are going out left and right.  We'll be fully caught up by tomorrow AM.  

We also scrubbed our database and did NOT find an order that was sent "overnight" to Jacksonville, Florida, (where this person is posting messages from) in the last two months.  

So, we have reason to suspect this is an attempt to sabotage our impeccable reputation in the Customer Service field.  Notice how they stuff keywords in the title of the inquiry and reference "many instances" (untrue) in a direct attack on our credibility.  That's a common tactic in trying to ruin one's reputation.

We also have a 24 hour call center.  Most of our customers use this and agree the experience they get from Bull Smoke is truly amazing.  

We challenge the starter of this attack to post the order details and should we be in the wrong, the order will be "doubled" and free of charge.  We truly stand behind our service and don't take items like this lightly.  We hide nothing and when a Ripoff Report is generated, the original starter of the thread is notified.  So, we'll wait for the person to surface and gladly pay the ransom should we be in the wrong here.  

We do also understand that with tens of thousands of items being shipped daily, one may fall through the crack.  However, our loyal customers will agree we always go above and beyond to make things right.

Looking forward to getting to the bottom of this.
