 Yes!!! There tax exempt status has been taken away, it's been this way for a few years now!! He was using the funds for his own personal gain!! He also hasn't filed tax forms 990 and 990z. This man is just full of lies!! The whole community as a WHOLE has written complaints about this man. He still is renting the building now, but only for now. The city of durham says they are investigating!! Basically he is a white man who is in a poverty stricken area, he claims he is doing good for the neighborhood but all he does is film prostitutes and different things going on in the neighborhood!! Recently a prostitute named Brandy foor killed her self because he kept on trying to pursue her sexually, she couldn't take it anymore! The sick thing is after brandy got out of jail one year he actually moved her in with him and his wife!! Wow!! What a sick man!! He think he is God his self. And someday when you are driving by you will see him on the corner with a LOUD microphone calling the community different types of names, saying no one around there donates to him and that's why he has to go to outside sources, he basically gets on the loud speaker and talks down to people he sees walking and driving down the street!! One lady even complained and said he came up to her asking her why is she black??? What?? This man is lost and Needs prayer his self. His name is Terry shuff, he calls himself a pastor but don't be fooled he is no pastor!! And for the people that do donate to him has made complaints to the city saying he calls them every week asking for donations and so they feel pressured!!! This man doesn't even have a church he is a member of.....sad!!! Maybe he needs to start thinking about a different line of work??
