Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company says they will help you eliminate credit cards bills etc. They guarentee there product for 1 year with no questions asked. ( Ya Right !) I tried the system but soon found out it does not work and was sued over and over.
I asked for my refund ($297.00) over 6 months ago & was told it takes 30 days to process!! Well that was over 6 months ago & have got No refund just bullsh*t emails repsonses saying they have no money. I emailed the owner Jim Bullock tonight and he said in his email he has no money & is "tired of my sorry a*s" emailing him.
Dont buy this product it does nit work and moreover you will not get a refund!!!!!!!!!!.

Original complaint should have done own due diligence.
In five seconds I discovered Bullock etal Utilizes a 1P-asia server
that either hides legitimate ISP address or actually under foreign rule.
Neither one is acceptable in my opinion.
His own web page contact specifically will NOT divulge any phone #.
Further the address in Florence Ky. is not owned by him.
Either a tenant or fraudulent, any way too suspicious.
On Positive side no FTC complaints.

I have been a member of Howtogetridof.com since 2005. In the last 2 years I have seen the membership on this site grow quickly. I have used the information and support on this site, have followed instructions, and have benefitted enormously from the process.
One thing Jim doesn't do is guarantee you won't get sued. In fact he makes it very clear that the banks will stop at nothing to get you to abandon your position. Suing is their biggest weapon.
If you are sued, then the instructions on what to do are very clear, easy to follow, and if they are followed to the letter, will in most cases have their intended effect. But you have to do all of it, in order, and not cop out halfway.
A couple things I have noticed is that those who fail with Howtogetridof's method can't or won't do the following:
Read and understand the supplied background material.
Read instructions.
Follow instructions.
Meet deadlines.
I also understand from comments posted in the member support forum that many people were joining the community, downloading all the information, and then demanding their money back within 30 days. I believe that the money back guarantee no longer applies now.
Maybe this poster got caught in the crossfire when Jim changed the money back policy.
Maybe this poster didn't understand that there are no guarantees you won't be sued.
This poster has a right to his opinion, and if he was guaranteed no lawsuits and his money back if there were, then it stands to reason why he's mad. But that's not the agreement I entered into when I joined Howtogetridof, and it doesn't seem like those terms have changed.
