I purchased an item from this seller. When I received it, it had a well know companies logo on it and a model number. When device failed to function as stated, I contacted that company and they said they did not manufacture that device with the specs that the seller had stated. I tried to return it and the seller refused as the return policy had expired. When I made a negative comment on his feedback, he tried to say the negative comment was only because I was angry that the return expiration was exceeded. If it was in fact the device he claimed it to be, I wouldn't be trying to return it. Maybe it is a methodology to return and resell, until you find someone else who may not return it in time. When dealing with a fraudulent sales, hiding behind a return policy seems idiotic knowing someday you will f**k the wrong person and end up with a conviction. I will purse filing fraud charges on this individual. Advise for anyone who decides to purchase anything from this individual, beware.
