Bullz Eye Ent Michelle Magee Did Not Deliver Service Nor Refund Tampa Florida

I paid Michelle Magee (aka Michelle Alene) of Bullz Eye Ent for a service that they could not deliver. I was told the service would be delivered within 1 week.

After 1 week, I emailed for an update. I then got a reply saying they didn't get the info (even though I got an "ok" reply after I had initally sent the info). So, I gave them another 10 days. Still nothing. Of course, still nothing but excuses about them being backed up with work.

After about a month, I asked for a refund. I had to ask in 3 separate emails before I even got a reply. They told me I would get a reund as soon as they get the money back from someone else. I got excuse after excuse and after a few emails, I was all of a sudden told that it's not their policy to refund their clients (although I had been promised a refund several times).

I obviously argued that and again I was promised to get a refund. I was promised "tomorrow," "next week," and so on.

Now, about 6 months later, I still have not gotten my refund and I obviously won't get it. So, I would not recommend anyone to do business with Michelle Magee and her Bullz Eye Ent business.
