I had purchased a sample of Hoodia 66 back in Jan. 2006. Terms and condition said nothing about the auto sign up. When I was finally able to track these people down because they kept giving me the run around. The representative that I spoke with was Cynthia Lopez (if that is her real name). They were unprofessional and refuse to help in any way.

She said that I did sign up for the auto package. When I asked her for a copy of the terms and conditions, she said that they did not have anything to supply me with that information. When you read the bottom of the terms and conditions you will see where it states terms and conditions are subject to change. How in the heck are we suppose to keep up with them changing the terms and conditions at will.

The worse part of it is that I haven't even received anymore of the Hoodia products. I did more research and these companies are not really using the actual hoodia plant. They're sell consumers fake products. False advertisement! The cover says Hoodia plant and they are not even using it.

There is no difference with NovaPointe and all these other Hoodia companies. You only have to contact NovaPointe. 909-947-2710. No matter what company they try to say on your credit card statement, NovaPointe is the company you need to contact. Also, they will tell you that you have to return the product and then they can give you a refund. Contact your bank and let them know that you have not received the product. There will be alot of paper work to fill out but hey you work hard for your money don't give your money away.
