My daughter and I were excited that her school finally was giving Chromebooks to the students. She was issued the HP G4 Chromebook along with a bump armor (according the site) RSP case. The case was supposed to Chromebook as my daughter travelled back and forth to school. However I noticed that the thread began to fray almost immediately, within the month the pocket began to completely fall apart.

I tried to contact the school, but they said to contact Bump Armor. I tried their site http://www.bumparmor.com/, but there is no contact info listed, no phone, no email and no address....Who are these guys? Someone in the school must have been paid off.

I gave up trying to get an answer, so I was forced to buy a new case, shame on you Bump Armor.
