I placed an order July 2, 2012. Extra shipping for 3-5 day delivery. Item on invoice says processed and payment collected. But it does'nt say it has been shipped. Because I have not received it. Or any answers to 10+ e-mails. Contact support is always offline. And They have 3 different phone number which no one ever answers.
