Burbank YMCA Illegal Charges on Credit Card, Rude Customer Service Burbank, California
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was a member at the YMCA Burbank. I never used their cafe and yet I was charged on two occasions. I had no other fraud on my account. The membership office could not and would not provide proof of my purchases. They claimed not to have signatures on purchases. They claimed not to have video recordings of purchases.
They also admitted that they may have charged me because they have a member with the same name. They made little effort to resolve this issue and left me utterly unsatisfied. I urge you not to join this YMCA. It's fairly disgusting as well. There are many better places to join, many better YMCAs.
