OMG!!! Well I dont usually do fast food.but they were having a grand opening.And my husband wanted to go there. Burger King on the corner of Main street and Valley Ave, in lewisville,Tx .I ordered the STEAKHOUSE MUHROOM AND SWISS BURGER. Now the sandwhich alone is $5.50 . And as if that wasn't bad enough the combo was $7.50! I ordered the combo because it looked like it was worth it. However , when I got it,it was nothing like the picture on the window! only had a little ,TINY bit of mushroom gravy,and a few tiny dehydrated mushrooms. it looked to me like it was the same mushroom gravy you buy in a jar! the picture in the window showed a Huge burger,bursting with swiss cheese and musrooms .real,fresh , mushrooms that is .when I asked the clerk wheres the musrooms he said thats all they had and was a rude , total jerk to me. so dont waste your money because as I told him it was a RIP OFF SUPREME! AND THAT I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY OFFERED NO APOLOGY.

Funny I am reading this now..I saw on the commercial a Whopper last night..the thing was like a football..stacked a foot high with fresh lettuce and red tomatos...full fluffy bun steaming hot...And I commented to my friend how I have never seen a whopper half that size.
Of course if you go to a BK..it is usually rudely served (would you be happy working there?) and a flat smushed luke warm (if you are lucky) usually cold in my experience..only the drinks are warm...and looks nothing like the picture.
It's fast food..crap garbage and will destroy your health and make you obese..don't eat it anyway and don't ever expect a BK or Mccoloncancer burger to look like the pictures. A regular hamburger at Mcripoffs these days is about the size of a silver dollar. So like Michael Douglas in the movie...I would love to shoot up the place..but found better recourse in just avoiding those death boxes all together.

Maureen, you should rent the movie "Falling Down". You'll love the part where Michael Douglas is in a fast food restaurant pointing a machine gun at the manager and asking him why the burger he was just served doesn't look like the picture!
Ashley, I think Quizno's food looks just like the pictures and I commend them for it. A bold move for truth in advertising when a company dares to show advertising pictures of food that looks just as gross and disgusting as what they serve in real life.

types of people. The ones who actually complain "IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!!!11" I had always thought they were just an urban legend. A myth of the fast food industry. Now it seems they are real!

Have you ever bought food at a fast food place that looked like the picture? You do realize they take special effort to get the food in those pictures to look like that.
They also make no claim that what you get will be the same as the picture.
