This is just one example of the false advertisement of serving sizes in the fast food industry. I have repeatedly been ripped off by multiple Burger King Stores when ordering french toast sticks during breakfast. I usually get a three piece order of the french toast sticks (which costs a dollar) and almost every time I'm only given 2 1/2 sticks. Sure this isn't causing a huge money loss to me but i expect to at least be given the amount of food that i am paying for!

i only get fast food when i'm short on time, commuting, or i'm away from home. otherwise i do usually make something myself. i agree with you. although, that doesn't change the fact that fast food companies falsely advertise portion sizes.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Cost Effective

The cost of a slice of bread, cut into three strips, 1/2 and egg, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of sugar, and a dollop of syrup costs under $1 to make.  If you use whole wheat bread and egg white, you might actually cut down on some of that high cholesterol.  And, this probably takes less time to make in your pajamas than it takes to wait in line at Burger King.  Good luck.
