Burgess Seed & Plant Delayed delivery, 50% plants died, refused to replace Internet
I ordered from Burgess in January 2013. Called in March to see where my order was. Was given no clear answer except that it would ship when it was time. Mind you my credit card had been charged for the complete order in January, & the temperature in Texas was getting hotter & hotter. Finally in late April I received my order. The plants were half dead. After much nursing on my part, 50% of them died. asked to replace the plants (not refund my money, but just replace the plants) I was told that they had to have the original shipping label & without that they could not replace the dead plants. Do they not have computers that keep track of orders? Needless to say, the customer service was non existent!!
