I've have build and maintained my websites since 1995 exclusively, until last Winter 2009-2010 when I had contracted with BRIAN MANN of Interactive2K Studios. No other person has had access to my website login information except GoDaddy (who has no desire or interest in causing damage to websites that they register and host), and BRIAN MANN. I've not employed any other webmasters since BRIAN MANN violated his contract with me.

BRIAN MANN already had threatened to do damage to my websites (and this was reported at ripoffreport.com) and BRIAN MANN is the only person that was given my website login. BRIAN MANN was given that information for www.trioxysilver.com. "assolkh.blackhulu" was in the java script that was placed on my website.

I've lost many visitors to my website due to this fake malware warning being placed on my website, and being that BRIAN MANN threatened to cause me harm and was the only webmaster given my username and password, this providing adequate circumstantial evidence that BRIAN MANN made good on his threats to damage my websites and my business.

BRIAN MANN has failed to disprove my claims and thus acquieses and validates my claims by his failure to file a rebuttal.
