Burke County DSS/Charlotte Martin ripoff,fraud,violation of privacy act Morganton, North Carolina

On 02-28-2006 Charlotte Martin of Burke County NC DSS was told to get a court order to obtain private information about us. She stated it was in progress. On 02-30-2006, she faxed a demand letter to my husbands employer, Pavillon Internation of Mill Spring NC,a drug/rehab center, and demanded the private info. Ms.Martin did NOT follow the law. DSS of both Rutherford County NC & Burke County NC, allowed my family to run off with my 17 y/o daughter. We have been charged with no crime, and treated as if we are guilty, and they are the court, judge, police, lawyers all in one. I want my child home, they REFUSE.
THIS WAS NOT DONE...THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY ACT WAS VIOLATED BY BURKE COUNTY NC DEPARTMENT OF DSS/CPS AGENT CHARLOTTE MARTIN

If the custodial parent/client is opposed to CSE intervention in the case and/or refuses to cooperate with the CSE agency, the NCP should be notified to determine if further assistance from CSE is desired. If the NCP elects to continue with the case, the CSE agency should file the appropriate paternity and/or support action with the court. Should the court rule that the action is not in the best interest of the child and disallows the request, the CSE agency must close the case
