HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! If you are a member (NEVER BECOME A MEMBER) If you do not use your monthly service (which you PREPAY for) and then decide to put your account on hold. They will not allow you to use your credit (THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID) They will hold that money ransom until you give them more money and take your account "off hold" During the time they are holding your money ransom, where you are not allowed to use it, the money that you paid them will "expire" and disappear off your account. So after I paid them to take my account off hold, I went to use my credit, that I had from the month before. When I went to pay, fully expecting that credit to be there, it wasn't I was told it expired 2 days prior and was forced to pay AGAIN!!!! How to ruin a great massage.

I have now spent hours dealing with this. I have disputed the original charge with my credit card (since I had to pay a 2nd time). I just spoke to Aaron and I was told if I drop the credit card dispute that they would refund my card. But of course, he would not put that in writing. Then he also said that because I am disputing the extra charge they would not be able to offer me anything for all the time I have spent dealing with trying to get back the money they stole from me. I am currently sitting on hold (so far 6 minutes) waiting to speak to their accounting dept.... They just finally picked up and I was told that Candice in accounting would have to call me back, in a few hours.

STAY AWAY FROM Burke Williams membership. IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!! I will also be posting this to any and all places that I can think to post it.
