What you read is just the rantings of someone who expects everything for nothing, I admit that a few appointments get missed from time to time, as to be expected. And in life there are some customers that just cannot be pleased, they expect blood from a stone for a very small amount of money, as the lunatic admitted "its a small amount of money", with that said.
