Stay away from a particular recruiter at a women owned firm in North Dallas called Burns Search LLC- her name is Taressa Joslin. She is unprofessional, rude and combative.. She also solicits resumes/vitas online and sends random emails for unqualified or overqualified people- then blames it on her software for the mismatch.
She touts herself as knowledgeable in the banking/reo industry- but in facts knows not one thing of it! She is speaking to high up people (such as myself) and lying about how she came about with the info!!
In once instance- she tried to recruit a 24 yr old high school educated person for a VP level position with over 10 yrs needed in that area!!! He immediately alerted me to this and I called her out on it...She was incredulous that I would question her total lack of due dilligence...
She is total idiot and needs to be working at a burger house or coffee shop!!
