I had a coupon for $99 to do a drain opening when I called Burton. At first the plumber quoted us $4,000 to pull up the flooring and put in new piping, etc. When my husband refused and said he would get a second opinion, the plumber changed his tune. He told my husband he would need to pull out the big guns to do a drain opening, so of course this would cost more. $400 later, our toilet drain is now unplugged.

When I called this afternoon to find out why the coupon stated $99 but I was charged $400, the person on the phone really had a lame excuse. Now we have a one year warranty. Well, personally I feel like this is a bait and switch. The plumber drove up into my neighborhood and assumed we were rich and he could get over on us! I don't think so. I'm upset my hubby agreed to the $400 without a second opinion, but at least we didn't get suckered into a $4,000 bill. I will not use this company again! I don't like how they use false advertising, and I especially do not like how they try to jack up the price of their services.
