Business Computer Training Institute ripoff, SURE DON'T GET WHAT YOU (PAY THRU THE NOSE FOR) Gig Harbor Washington

First thing let me say, my gripe is not with bcti's instruction staff. They are a group of dedicated, Knowlegeable and caring people who are forced to work with their hands tied by corporate greed. We were forced to work with out dated books and workbooks that had so many errors that they seemed to be written by kindergarden kids. The typo's were so frequent that it was apparent that no one bothered to proofread any of them.

The book for hardware and operating systems pertained to things that weren't even being tested for on the A+ exam any longer. When we (the students)raised cain with the corprate offices they told us we're looking into it when our instructors asked about them they were told the same thing.

When two of the Instructors offered to help rewriting the lab books they were promptly FIRED AS TROUBLE MAKERS (the same two who had joined with the students saying we need the right books). I was on the directors list in each and every progress period in both phase one and phase two (that's 90% attendance and 95%grade av.)and still donot think I could pass the A+ exam. Some of us are getting together to see what we can do, we just didn't get what we paid for.
