FACT #1
"Jimmy" / Mick Cassidy states in this forum that he has never heard of Bad a*s Paint Company. How can this be? Check out Rip Off Report #844136.  "Jimmy" represents himself as the owner of Bad a*s Paint Company.    Here is the cut & paste of what you will find in that Rip Off report.....

FACT #2
USPS Label number is available to the public to check the facts. Date will confirm late delivery after complaint filed with Pay Pal, which was nearly two months.  The delivered box with something
in it was never opened but kept in storage just in case.

FACT #3
We furnished a copy of the Pay Pal Invoice for money paid to Mick Cassidy Bad a*s Paint Company to provide proof of purchase. Our company has never provided Jimmy, Mick Cassidy, or Bad a*s Paint Company with any form of goods or services of any kind. We challenge "Jimmy"/ Mick Cassidy / Bad a*s Paint Company to provide any proof of doing any kindof business with our company.  Any attempt to fraudulently furnish false documents is a felony.

FACT #4
Our company's legal counsel can request a court ordered subpoena be served to Rip Off Report to gain the actual email addresses that will determine identities of individuals filing libelous and fraudulent reports against our company and its employees. This is a simple legal process and is prosecuted as a felony offense, as well as a civil action.

FACT # 5
We filed a report with the Hawthorne, CA. police department and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in which was furnished a copy of an emailed physical threat made by Mick Cassidy Bad a*s Paint after we filed a claim thru Pay Pal for a refund due to non delivery of product.

FACT #6
This Rip Off Report action could have been easily avoided if Bad a*s Paint Company / Mick Cassidy simply issued a refund for the payment we made to them on Pay Pal.

I have never heard of any company called Badass co .  Avoid dealing with this smoke and mirrors company and the low down dishonest false business ethics of  this companyand spear headed by MR BILL WALDRON  noted a F rating with the better business bureau  .  I have invoices to prove his false claims please contact me if any one wants to file a  law suit .Praise rip off report for the openess of doing business honestly and openly in America .

March 4, 2012 Sunday  The individual or company filing this report has never done any business with Rocky Mountain Group nor with Bill Waldron, except for failing to fill an order or refund money.

This report is a "get even" attempt for a report Mr. Waldron filed several weeks ago based on documented non performance by Bad A** Paint Company.  

As as individual, (not as the representative of Rocky Mountain Group), Bill Waldron, an avid motorcycle enthusiast,  placed a simple $35 (that is Thirty Five Dollars!) order with Bad a*s Paint Company for 2 bottles of motorcycle wax and paid for it with Pay Pal thru their website. Pay Pal allows 45 days to file a complaint. 50 days went by and no product..... Mr. Waldron waited too long to complain to Pay Pal, giving this company the benefit of a doubt. Mr. Waldron got multiple excuses from Bad A** Paint company for non delivery. After nearly 2 months with no product and no refund, along with multiple documented insults from Bad A** Paint company, Mr. Waldron filed a report on Rip Off report.   Mr. Waldron also filed a police report with the Hawthorne California police department and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department because of the additional content in their reply emails which cannot be published on Rip Off Report due to Rip Off Report policies.  Both departments have those emails on file.  Keep in mind, this was all the result of a $35 order to their company. They should have put as much effort into filling the order or refunding the money as they did in all else. Mr. Waldron's Pay Pal credit card money was immediately paid to them but it took two months and a complaint to Pay Pal and Rip Off report to finally get them to ship "something". If anyone reads the report against Bad a*s Paint Company, they will find they claim they shipped the product USPS next day air. They made the mistake of furnishing a USPS tracking number in their public rebuttal. That number will verify that the box they shipped was sent after Mr. Waldron's complaint to the rip off report and it was not shipped next day air. This was approximately 60 days after they got paid.
