Livy E Stoyka DDS Unprofessional Dentist Bradenton Florida

Last Monday, April 20th, I went to Dr Livy E. Stoyka to get a crown for a filling that had fallen out. After that treatment I have pain from the treatment that concerns me. I got an allergic reaction to the anesthesia used (septrocaine), I figure this out after three days I went to asked what anesthesia they've used on me, for which I took Claritine D and it helped with the rash and swelling, but I still had acute pain, after 10 days, I return to her office for second time on April 30th, and again I was seen by her assistant, I explain that I had pain in my gum that run to my ear, eye and head and it was acute, the assistant took an X-ray and told me that I needed a root canal gave a prescription with antibiotic and pain killer, and told me to go with Tampa Bay Endodontics, and charged $81.00 USD for this visit, in which I was not seen by Dr. Stoyka neither got examined by anyone.
Dr. Stoyka's office set an appointment for May 4th to seat the crown, treatment that was not completed because Dr. Stoyka got emotional and didn't want to do the job, she said that all the pain and discomfort I suffered was in my mind and that she was not going to deal with me because I was rude, when I was not at all, she left the room and didn't finish the job that was already paid in full, the assistants forced me to get the temporary crown again on, and asked me to leave the office or they would call the police on me.
I left and send and received a defaming letter from Dr. Stoyka, at which I answered with another letter asking her for my crown #3 and to be truthful with the facts, she returned a letter still defamatining asking me to pay $28.00 for release of documents. The crown was paid for and the whole service which I didn't received neither was treated in a professional way.
