Business Development Division Fraud and Deceptive Las Vegas, Nevada

 I paid $3490.00 to help me with an LLC, corporate credit, D.N.N. number, tax services and instructions on how to get an EIN number from the IRS. I was also assigned a corporate coach. I had serval assignments to do and did what was asked of me. I faxed all paper work in and got an email stating that documents were received.

 Months went by and I did not hear any more from my coach. I sent an email and asked what I was paying for. I received an email from a Linda Riggi stating that my coach, Faye Ferguson was no longer with the company and that I did not receive my coaching. I replied that I have and Faye was to contact me when she needed me.

 Linda Riggi was to be coach number 2 which she is no longer with the comapny. I asked for a refund for not receiving services that was guaranteed and promised to me in the 6 months. I summit a refund request every day since then. I have since learned that I was given an illegal LLC that was not registered with the state of Indiana.

 The reply that I got from Business Development Division for them issueing me an illegal LLC was that I did not send in the paper work for that. I told them that I did and I have the fax slip to prove it.
