A Certain Mr Palmerson was quite happy to phone me on a regular basis and always when he said he was going to phone, until you received my cheque and then everything stopped.

I was promised by Mr Palmerson that I would receive my training video's within 48 hours, this took 2 weeks, and when they arrived found that they could not be played in this country (UK)and are still in their original packageing, I was promised by Mr Palmerson that someone would phone me to explain exactly where my money was going, this never happened.

Mr Palmerson promised me that I would get personal one to one mentoring shortly after receiving the tapes, after 2 months, this has still not been arranged.
I have left countless messages on Mr Palmerson's answering machine and he never returns my call unless instructed to do so by someone senior to himself, he then gives me a load of garbage and tells me someone will contact me which never happens

Because of the lack of communication and help 3 weeks ago I decided that I didn't want to continue with this venture as your their behavior didn't seem appropriate, I had paid a considerable amount of money for something and got nothing in return from the company, and that is in my mind scandalous and their actions result's to little more that a scam.

now that I've told them that I want my money back I get even less contact from them, they refuse to take my calls and don't return messages left on answering machines, and basically refuse to give me my money back even though they have given me nothing.

This was a misunderstanding between iWealth and Business Development Group

AUTHOR: Tera - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 25, 2003

Hello Neil,

We are writing this is in response to your submittal to the Rip-Off Report.

This was a misunderstanding between iWealth and Business Development Group (BDG). We are not able to accommodate sales for those outside of the US. We have since notified BDG that this is the case. All funds that iWealth received from your sale have been refunded to BDG for that reason.

It is our understanding that you were going to be transferred to a different company who is able to provide your requested services for you. If this is not the case, and you were not in fact transferred to another company, please contact us at support@iwealthinc.com or call 239-425-3275.

We apologize for the confusion and wish you much success in your online endeavors.

Best Regards,

The iWealth Support Team

my grieviance should have been with iwealth and in particular Jeanjie Gavilanes because she was the one that was supposed to build the site

AUTHOR: Neil - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, October 20, 2003

I made a mistake in my original report and I would like to take this opportunity to put the record straight.

when I made the report I was extremely annoyed with lack of support, help and follow up I was getting, which was nothing at all, and because the Business Development Group were the ones I paid my money to and Mr Palmerson the only one I ever spoke to, my anger, Naturally was aimed at them.

I have now become aware of how everything works and although I paid B.D.G, they then passed me onto iwealthinc who were supposed to build the web-site and give me the coaching and all the help I needed.

so my grieviance should have been with iwealth and in particular Jeanjie Gavilanes because she was the one that was supposed to build the site and arrange the mentoring sessions, a duty that she neglected totally, all I can say is think twice before getting involved with iwealth, it is not a company in the forefront when it comes to giving support.

I apologise to B.D.G and Mr Palmerson for linking them to this report, because once he knew that I was not getting any satisfaction from the venture he did everything he could to get me moved from iwealthinc to another company and is in constant contact with me to make sure the same thing doesn't happen again.
