Business Office Systems & Solutions ripoff Midland Texas

My brother asked me to look at 3 separate bills from this collection agency and I wrote up a demand for validation. This demand, of course, was ignored and he received another bill for $138.70 several days ago, seemingly unrelated to the first 3 but can't be sure. They are vague and presumptive in form.

I grew suspicious and did a search. Imagine my surprize to see all you fine people being victimized as well by this cretin.

This scumbag's collection letters are unlawful in that they do not state that you have 30 days to respond. Apparently, he contrives to get around this by pretending that he already sent you an "initial letter" to which you did not respond. This guy needs to be taken down. He is no more than a thief.

I will have my brother contact Dan Becker, the BBB and the Texas State Attorney General asap.

Meanwhile, do not ignore these letters. According to the UCC, unless you dispute these alleged "debts" (via Certified Mail for your protection), they become valid. God Bless America.
