After using VistaPrint for business cards, our new company went dormant for 7 months, then began again. We then discovered that each month after the initial order, we had 2 charges against our bank account (paid for order w/ company check card) for an amount of 14.95.
One charge is under the heading of "BUSINESSMAX-V" several spaces and "AP9*".
The second charge is under the heading of "NGESSENTIA-V", several spaces and "AP9*SHOPPI".
I located a number for BUSINESSMAX, online, and called and got into an electronic mailbox w/ no option for people. I also located a number for NGESSENTIA-V, but it is no longer connected, though the charges have just been run through again.
