Garth Dean Vicki Dean VERTANS BEWARE OF BUSTER & BROWN AOUTO SALES Veteran scammed out of 1284.00 for the purchase of a 2013 Gazebo for which i have never received.Now it has been almost a month since i order this Gazebo from Buster & Brown Auto Sales. Vicki was the one who wrote the contract. At the time i signed the contract i give Vicki a 1136.25 Check for the down payment. At that time i was told it would take approx two weeks to get Gazebo built. Approx 7 days after signing the contract i contact Vicki to find out where Gazebo was at on the building process at that time i was told she would call me back but never did days went by trying to find out what was going on with Gazebo. Now it has been 12 days still no answer to what is going on here so i decided not to pay check because i felt there was so kind of scam being run here to get money. Now that brings me to what i got in the mail Yesterday July 22, 2013 a letter from the county attorney office detailing how i went into Buster & Brown Auto Sales claimed i purchased a Gazebo and my deposit check bounced and i had 10 days to pay check or criminal charges would be brought against me. Had they Buster & Brown told the truth to the county attorney about the issue about this Gazebo and advised them it had never been ordered nor did i every received anything for my deposit this letter would have never been generated, another example how they lye to get what they want. So today July 23, 2013 i contacted said attorney office and paid this check and advised the county attorney office how i had never received any type of merchandise for this check and i was advised that Buster & Brown claimed i had received the merchandise therefore i spoke to the supervisor at the county attorney office and advised her how i had never received any merchandise for this money and at the end of conversation county attorney office is going to contact Buster & Brown pertaining to this issue. In addition i contact Buster & Brown today as well to just only get into an agurgment with Garth Dean about this Gazebo at that time Garth addmited this Gazebo had never been ordered and they wanted there money and i advise him i want my Gazebo and advised him how Vicki lyed about this whole transcation because had the Gazebo been ordered back on July 02, 2013 that Gazebo should have been ready to go but again the lyes dont stop with this place not only did they lye to me they lied to the county attorneys office and still i am out 1284.00 and nothing to show for it. BOTTOM LINE STAY CLEAR OF BUSTER & BROWN THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF IT IS NOTHING FOR THIS PLACE TO LYE CHEAT OR JUST RIGHT OUT SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY TO PAY THERE BILLS. Military Personal don't get caught up with this place they pray on the enlisted so they know they can do what ever to get there money..STAY SHARP SHOP SMART DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE MYSELF..
