As far as i know this company is operation under the following names;

www.butlerpatches.com, www.butlercustomcaps.com, www.butlerdigitizing.com

They have stolen my money and not delivered any products. My advice to anyone seeking patches or caps is not to use this company - I'm not sure how long they have been operating but when informed the police about them I discovered i'm not alone. If anyone else has had their money stolen from these guys please contact me as we are putting a case together against them.

Butler guilty of interstate fraud

Butler has defrauded our organization of $350.00 worth of patches we paid for on August 4th, 2011 and has yet to produce even one.

Our order was started over 5 months ago. My credit card was charged right away. Michelle Parker claimed the patches were sent to the P.O. Box then returned to your company due to Fed Ex being unable to deliver to a P.O. Box which any legitimate company should have been aware of ahead of time. An alternate home address was given weeks ago to resolve this alleged
issue. My organization has been more than patient regarding this whole situation.


We want:

1. The tracking number to Fed Ex that the patches were ever sent at all.

2. The prepaid for patches themselves.

This is soon to be an interstate fraud case involving the FBI if something is not professionally resolved ASAP.

My name is Charles and I am one of the managers at Butler Patches. I believe most of these complaints were during a period when we were having major production issues. I apologize to anyone that had their order delayed because of this.

I find it amazing that the company would have time to address a complaint here but not have time to address phone calls to resolve product issues. After many attempts to discuss a resolution with Butler Patches they will only speak to me via email and none of the people involved are capable of addressing my actual resolution. Basically, the one guy that can refund my money won't speak to me but the company has time to research the possibility that the original poster might be an employee.


The company could never provide an image that matched the PHOTO OF ANOTHER PATCH and I never received product. 

Luckily for me, my bank is very good about resolving such matters.

Butler Patches Lies & Rip Off

Absolute rip-off company, many people have replied to your lies via forums and none of them have had their money back or their ordered products. I am one of them, who is still being fobbed off with excuses even after asking for a full refund twice.
Shoddy lie filled customer service, DO NOT use Butler Patches/ Butler Sourcing. SCAM
