I was quoted what seemed a good price for some patches.. When the patches finally arrived, they where half the amount I ordered and just random designs. The stiches were falling out, the actual mater was thin and cheap.. After some research, i found they use lots of Aliases and lots of URLs. The names i found were
Butler Sourcing
Butler Custom Caps
Butler Patches
Butler Digitizing
Heller Sourcing

I have sent the items back at my own expense, and still had no refund. After searching on google, i found lots of other people, some have never even had the items sent to them.

I have personally placed an order and had it completed on time by Butler Patches, the service was really great with quality as demanded, They surely provide great services and you probably need to consider them again....

Butler Patches values its loyal customers and takes pride in ensuring that we deliver a quality product based on the principles of service, satisfaction, speed, and savings. We strive to ensure that the highest level of customer service is consistently provided.
We have reason to believe that this claim is fabricated for the following reasons:
1) If any order is short, we will replace the patches at no cost.
2) If the quality is an issue with any order, we will replace the patches at no cost.
3) We would never ship out "random designs" to any customer.
4) We have not received any returns from any customer in over 6 months.
If you can provide us with your customer ID or order number, we will have a representative contact you and resolve the issue. However, we at Butler strongly believe that this is an attempt at libel by a competitor as we are reputable business with thousands of customers, and we would never neglect our customers in such an irresponsible manner.
