I used BuxtonBag.com internet site to order two bags "as seen on TV." My credit card was charged for the two bags AND $7.95 EACH for shipping and handling. Order confirmation email says "six weeks delivery." In about six weeks, I received a CREDIT on my credit card statement for the two bags with no explanation. I never received the merchandise. BUT THEY KEPT the two $7.95 shipping charges! Attempts to call their phone is automated to place orders only. No customer service contact is possible. Buxton makes $16 profit for doing absolutely NOTHING!
