I have placed an order for huge red pomegranates they advertise on the web site. 6 for $39.99 which makes $6.66 per each when their regular price highest is $3.99. But because my local stores did not have any that week I decided this pomegranates should be awesome for this price. I placed 2 separate orders 3 in quantities on each order. When I have not received anything, I called them and spoke to the owner, he told me that the pomegranates are pink inside. I asked him if they were ripe and big and do they taste like normal pomegranates, he said yes and I will go ahead and send my workers to pick out biggest pomegranates we have and I will ship them to you. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to get them. I received a box of 20 tiny green non ripe pomegranates, when I opened the box my face changed color I was so upset that he actually thought it was ok for him to ship me tiny size of a golf ball, some of them was not even that big completely green pomegranates and for the price. I did cut one just to see and they ware horrible.

I was floored. So I returned them to the company with a letter asking for my refund since what they have sent me is unacceptable and no one will be able to eat what they have sent me. I got no response so I called. I got the owner on the phone and I asked when should i expect my refund? He said I am not giving you no money back, I sent you pomegranates. While I was trying very patiently to explain to him that even animals won’t eat what he have sent me for $6.66 each. I was also trying to tell him to reimburse me for the 2nd order that was not filled yet but unfortunately he was not listening he was screaming over me and started to call me every name in the book so I hung up.

I have never been so insulted for something that I definitely did not deserve. I cannot believe they are even in business the way they speak to the customers and what they are shipping to people. I was speechless when i hung up that phone, I cannot believe he allowed himself to speak to me like I was nothing and used bunch of dirty curse words. This is not ok, I should be able to do something about this! On top of all this the 2nd order was never filled so they just took additional $159 from me for nothing. They should not get away with this. So they got $318 from me for nothing and on top of it insulted me and called me every name in a book. Their web page is so beautiful and their full page about their refund is nothing but lies and fraud. Please do not order from them if you don’t want to just throw away your money and get trash for it.
