Read all other complaint, so you will be educated on Buy Low. Many people have had problems from , misleading adds and customer support. . My son bought nothing , but still when I called to explain that he is a 15 year old kid, not 18 and was solicited by a e-mail from there website they would only refund $75 dollars half even though they were out nothing they gained $75 dollars from a kid for doing nothing.  Don,t use them for anything or you will loose money also.  It is definitely a internet scam  Do your research first.

It is always a good thing if you lodge a report here to spell the name of the company you are lodging against be correct. It is spelled "auctions" not "actions". If you spell the name wrong others who search it may not find it to verify the complaint.

Anyhow this site is a scam site that has disguised online gambling as an actual auction. If you go to the home page you will see nice expensive items and in large type it says..

Auctions ending soon: Place your bids now these auctions are almost over !

But on the bottom in tiny tiny type it says..

* Available auction items and auction timers are for demonstration purposes only.

So how is it you must hurry and place bids on auctions that are almost over, but the implied auctions are only for demonstration? Already deception just to get you to quickly sign up. I can only imagine how much worse it gets once you actually sign up.

However, all that aside how did your 15 year old get a hold of your credit card information? There is no way this site , scam or not, could know it was a 15 year old that used your credit card.

So there should be two complaints here really. One against this company for fraud and scam..which there already are plenty of if you do an internet search, and one against your 15 year old for unauthorized use of your credit card. I hope you took precautions to make sure the kid does not steal from you again, and that the kid now understands this was wrong. I suggest to make the kid pay this back by deducting from allowance or to work it off somehow. Maybe then the kid will understand to work for something and not steal for it.
