So I ordered a radiator from these clowns over 2 weeks ago and after multiple phone calls and even one rep cursing at me and threatening me, still have not received my radiator or a valid tracking number though they assure me it is on ot's way and if I don't receive it within a couple of days please call back.

 Seriously?! After 4 days and not receiving any tracking number or shipping confirmation, I called only to be told they could not FedEx it as I had paid for on their website, but that it would have to be sent USPS, I said fine but why hadn't they contacted me yet to clarify? Then days later I check the new tracking number they gave me, after 3 phone calls, only to see it ship in a circle back to their warehouse. # days after it returned to their warehouse I contacted them (no that had not re=shipped or contacted me) at that time a young man assured me they sent it out but that there was not a shipping number available. When I pressed for the tracking number he cursed at me repeatedly and threatened me over the phone, WTF? He then hung up on me and when I called back I got a new voice that once again assured me it was on its way but the number he gave me was just an electronic submission with their intent to ship it out, that was 4 days ago, still no confirmation and no straight answers. So over 2 weeks has passed and I'm really doubting I even receive this package. Do not do business with this company. Also after the fact I looked them up through BBB and found they have numerous complaints against them.
