i placed an order on sept22nd and never recieved it. im trying to get a refund or new shippment of my order and its taking them 3+ week to let me know something and still havent recieved anything just b/s and wait till this date etc they have no supervisors to speak to no claims agaent nothing just dont buy from buy.com
