Buy.com Defective, used empty toner sent, refused return of merchandise Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I paid for new products and were sent defective (used empty toner cartrage) and was charged for new product. Buy.com would not honor my request for a Return Merchandise Authorization. In short I was told, to bad, so sad, live with it. That will be my last order to Buy.com and I am telling everyone about this ripoff company.
