If any loan officer or real estate agent gets a call from any business developer with BuyerHomeSite, hang up & block number. This company is a SCAM. CEO was sued for taking companies' idea from a legitimate, professional, successful company named HeavyHammers. This company is basically a 'white van scam," only instead of selling speakers as their faulty product, they sell unsophisticated, internet advertising space, and believe me, its not worth the $299 or $399 they charge. Clearly, this company needs money, not a good reputation. The salesmen give phony guarantees; they blatantly lie to you to close the sale. All employees are friends or family of the 26 year old CEO; not one reputable, professional salesmen works in that office, whatsoever. Also, everyone working in that office is under the age of 30...not a mature, nor professional group of people to work with at all. Save Your Money & Time. Stick with Trulia or Zillow for your marketing needs. Again, if you get suckered into this scam, call your credit card company, get all of your money back, and file with the BBB IMMEDIATELY. Please raise awareness to whatever social forums or Realtor associations or blogs that you may be connected to, and tell them BuyerHomeSite is an internet, "White Van Scam." (Google 'white van scam' and read the synopsis. Makes perfect sense after that). Save your advertising dollars. Go with a Trusted, Reputable Advertising Company, such as Trulia or Zillow, and RUN AWAY from BuyerHomeSite.com.
