This company called my home offering me a trial of a calling card and coupons. In order to trial the offer I would pay a fee for shipping and handling of 3.95. They would debit my checking account for the payment.

When I checked my bank accounts I saw that the 3.95 fee made out to call one had gone through. There was also a fee for 119.90 made out to buyers union.

I called the company immediatly and disputed the charges. I was then told if I wanted my money back I would have to cancel the account and I would have to request a refund, where the company would send me a letter for me to fill out. I would then have to send the refund request by mail.

I requested the refund and received it about ten business days later. I then sent it in the the company. After two weeks of not seeing my refund, I called the company again.

I was told my account information was being sent to their research people to find out why I had not received my refund. They then told me to check back in ten to fifteen business days.

So after the ten to fifteen business days were up, I still had not heard from them. I called them and still no one could give me any information.

I then reported to company to the better business bureau (BBB). After reporting the company the BBB informed me to allow the company three weeks to respond.

I did and still no response. At that point I disputed the charges with my bank. My bank gave me my money back.

However, after the 119.90 was debited back to my acccount by my bank, Buyers union submitted the same check number or EBT for 119.90 and was able to take my money again even though my account with them had been cancelled.

I disputed the charge with my bank again and received my money. My bank then instructed me to close my bank account and set up a new one to prevent this from happening again.

I have definetely learned my lesson! I will never do business on the phone again. This company should be ashamed of itself.

I agree with Crystal this company needs to be stopped. File your better business bureau report today if you have had problems.
