BUYERS UNION ripoff ORANGE California

I received a call from Buyers Union stating that they offered free movie passes and coupons for one low payment of $3.95. I gave them checking account information and waited but never received my so-called deal.

When I checked my checking acct. I noticed that they took out the $3.95 two times and an additional $119.90. I called the company and I was told that they would send me a form to fill out and once it was filled out and returned promptly I would receive a a refund check within ten business days.

I never received my refund check, no one even called me. I called the company back and was told that they would put my information in the system for special attention but all they could tell me was my refund was being processed.

I asked for the corporate office number and they said the only way I could contact the corporate office was through an e-mail address which is buyersunion.com. I tried to e-mail them but the e-mail address was no good.

I called them back and they told me I needed to call them back again in 14 business days. Which led me to contacting you.
