3rd Party Investigation - Really?
AUTHOR: - ()
SUBMITTED: Sunday, April 12, 2015
These guys will do anything to get people to invest. I'm pretty sure that the "3rd party investigation" that was reported on here is just another Michael celec posting. Heck, he even uses the same words in these postings that he does in many of his emails such as "egregious," but hey, this is just my opinion.
Who is the third party that investigated? What is their name and contact information?
People, just read the Connecticut "consent order" that they all signed. It tells you everything you need to know about these people. Or even read the ripoff report posted from an employee that was posted.
One line directly rom the consent order:
"Respondents violated section 36b-67(6) of the business opportunity act by engaging in fraudulent conduct"
That's all you really need to know in my opinion.
Consent order link:
ct.gov/dob/cwp/view.asp?a=2246&q=536770
They are constantly changing their name when they start to get bad press or upset people. Some of the current names they are using are as follows:
5x5.fund (also previously 50-50cards.com, townpreferred.com)
5x5connect.com
fission.buypreferred.com
1stnotice.com
buypreferred.com
And I'm sure there are others that are not even listed here they are probably currently using.
And this short list doesn't even include the extensive list of domain names that they put in their bankruptcy filings.

What a surprise

It’s interesting to see Bill Piecuch on here running his mouth as usual like he has the moral high ground. This is the ‘normal’ side of Bill’s face that comes and goes like newspaper ink and tries to drag as many people down as possible before changing yet again.
After my boss’s daughter was killed by a drunk driver, I donated $2500 through his organization and now I find that T.A.D.D.’s 501(c)3 has been revoked indefinitely by the government. But you would never know this from Bill himself, who still signs emails specifically and incorrectly listing TADD as a registered nonprofit as well as on this site. You just wait for tax season and guess what: no tax exemption. You might want to find out why this is before taking any advice from Bill. There is still A tax exemption certificate on his site, scanned so badly that it just happens to be unreadable, especially the expiration date. I wonder if this is a joke, or just a thing to help the internet by reminding it that tax exemption is a nice thing that exists. You know. For other organizations than TADD.
You might also want to look pretty closely at his Youtube channel, which is crammed full of poorly made and impossible to document videos of random ‘people,’ who ‘just walk in’ to T.A.D.D.’s office and start telling Bill their stories on camera. Well done, Bill. Your technical crew will want to stay anonymous as surely as your performers.
and hey, if you ever meet Jeb Bush, Mike Huckabee, or the other famous politicians listed on Bill's site as 'Program Endorsements', it would be really impolite to ask them about the time they said these things about T.A.D.D. or Bill. They might have trouble remembering if you get specific so just ask about the time they endorsed A program- any one at all- and leave it at that.
I would suggest a reality check to anyone who is thinking of listening to this lunatic, however persuasive he is about wanting to ‘help victims.’ He is taking your credibility and sending it right up the chimney behind his own.

This Ripoff Report is fallacious

This anonymous report is a continuation of Kevin Young’s and Bill Piecuch’s/T.A.D.D.’s well-documented schemes for defamation and extortion. Both rejected the conclusions and fair offers for resolution from their elected Buyer Topia peers and have repeatedly declined or ignored attempts to resolve their issues via arbitration or the judicial system.
Now their actions have led to the demise of Buyer Topia, putting their peers and the staff in a needlessly difficult position. Their accusations against Buyer Topia are egregiously dishonest and completely without merit. The comments about 5X5 Connect, Preferred Fundraising, 1stNotice, Buy Preferred, OnProviders, Duncan Graham, Nick Burkholder, and myself are without merit or basis, coming from Kevin Young and Bill Piecuch/Teens Against Drunk Driving, as neither of them has ever conducted business with these entities or individuals. They have thus no basis whatsoever for holding an opinion, let alone venting publicly in this libelous, defamatory, illegal way.
Appropriate parties may obtain any details regarding this matter, including pending legal action against Kevin Young and Bill Piecuch/T.A.D.D., by contacting Info@BuyerTopia.com.

The reason that you will not find almost anything negative on any of these companies is because they have a set of "by-laws" that they hold all of their members to. In the by-laws it says something about how you CAN'T post anything negative about the company.
I am a prior member of their co-op, and they have all of their members scared into abiding by these laws just so they can take money from more people who won't find anything negative online. Well I am tired of hearing about people getting their money taken from this company.
The person above is right. They will promise you everything and give you nothing. They try to make everything appear as legitimate as possible, but you will never make any money. There has never been anyone that has made money doing this business with Buyer Topia.
People, do NOT invest in this scam!
