I ordered two items in December of 2012.
I received one item.
I called about every week and always got an answering machine saying that they were closed.
I left emails. No response.
Phone messages. No response.
I finally got a hold of a live person in May and that person said my other half of my order would be shipped out in a few weeks.
When I called today (April 18, 2013) and was told the company went out of business.

Are basicly the same, I have order almos 1Grand of stuff Sept 4th 2013, its alost 1 Month and still no tracking number or shipment...I have told I will cancel the payment with my credit card company and they respondd that it was to late since they have already gone through some process... im giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have alot of Marine friends in Cali to follow through if I dont get my shipment and or scammed...

To whom it may concern,
We are a new company formed in March of this year. We purchased the domain name from the company Automotive Upgraders. We can not honor what the previous company did to their customers or the orders they placed. Since we are in fact a totally separate company this rip off report is invalid. We can not even contact this customer because we do not have the customer datatbase from Automotive Upgraders.
We do not have any information regarding this customer or order so when they stated they called us in May which we do not have the same number as Automotive Upgraders, they were told that we can not help that they are instructed to contact the other company.
The world is full of stupid people. They state "we bought it from you" when they bought it from somebody else and didn't take the time to research who they bought the item(s) from.

I ordered my parts through Automotive Upgraders LLC.
Automotive Upgraders LLC is the company that went out of business.
The "new company" is called Automotive Designs LLC., but has the same website as Automotive Upgraders LLC, had (buyhaloights.com)
Isn't it odd that the new company (Automotive Designs LLC.) would use the exact same website of an"out of business" company?
All I can see that changed on the buyhalolights.com website is the address (the company is still located in Colorado) and the phone number.
Beware people. Something is not right.
