We do not belong to a DVD club. 5 years ago we belonged to the music portion of columbia house, but we got into a dispute with them for auto mailing music CD's that we hadn't ordered and we finally got them to discontinue our membership.

TODAY, after we have even changed states, there is a DVD and invoice in our mailbox. I am going to call and complain but it's plain and simple: I did not request services. Therefore, I should not have to waste my time and money for something I did not request. Is this not illegal yet?? Has anyone taken them on?
