I recently did some business with Samual Pires and his wholesale businesses Buylotz and was scammed out of nearly 25k dollars. I know that some will read this and think that I just don’t know what I am doing, or that I don’t understand the condition codes. They will ignore this warning and they will get scammed. I have been buying truckloads of overstocks for most of my adult life.  I can assure whoever is reading this that I know and understand the overstock salvage business and Buylotz is without a doubt running a scam.

Buylotz is knowingly misrepresenting the quality of the items they are selling.  Here’s their scam.  Mr. Pires is listing on his website truckloads of items from other wholesale businesses.  Basically acting as a middleman.  There is nothing wrong with that, but here is where the Buylotz scam comes in.  While the original wholesale business will have the truckload advertised as damaged returns, Buylotz will advertise that same truckload as new shelf pulls while raising the price significantly to ensure a healthily profit for Mr. Pires.

This is a copy and past directly from the Buylotz webside.  These loads are "SHELF PULLS" which means they are mostly BRAND NEW merchandise!!!  I can assure you without any doubt that is not what you are going to get from this company.

After I received my truckload of damaged returns that where advertised as I shelf pulls I confronted Mr. Piers.  He justified his fraud and false advertising by telling me it was just part of the business and that God would see me through this.  Yeap, he scammed the hell out of me and told me that it is just something that happens and God would fix it for me.

So if anyone researching Buylotz prior to doing business with them finds this and still wants to do business with this place remember this. He is just a middleman.  Look around a bit and you will find what ever he is selling offered by another company for significantly less with the correct condition advertised on the lot.

NOT TRUTH - Customer received what he ordered and demanded to return the goods.

AUTHOR: Buylotz - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, March 16, 2017

This customer purchased a truckload of Amazon shelf pulls/box damage merchandsie that we ordered directly from the Amazon processing facility. We never even saw the load as we drop shipped it directly to him.

This customer had ordered the same type of truckload deal before from us and we did the same thing to him and never had any complaints. Once he received this load after a few weeks he said it was not good. We tried to accomodate things, give him credit, we even went to the Amazon facility and told them about the complaint we received and they denied their load had any issues. We had no way to know if the customer was being truthful or he just wanted to return because of external financial reasons, etc.

In the liquidation business world, with any company, everyone knows that all sales are final, merchandise is sold as-is with no guarantees of quality, quantity, descriptions, values, conditions, etc... Our sales agreement clearly states all that and all our customers have to read it in order to place an order with us. We did all that with this customer. But regardless, we still tried to accomodate some credit, or even some additional merchandise, but all he wanted was to return the goods. Unfortunately the Amazon facility won't take it back, therefore we can't take it back... specailly after the cusotomer already received the goods, and opened everything... no telling if his claim is truth or not, it is very hard to believe, we have no way to know if he took merchandise out of the load and wanted to refund just a portion of it claiming it wasn't good. There are people out there that do that... The merchandise was sold at more than 80% off the retail value for that reason... it was being liquitaded.

So, we have tried everything we could to fairly help this customer out and we were not successful. All our customers understand the risk of this industry and they work with us to get through deals that may not be as good as they hoped because they know one deal may not be so good, but the next deal may be way beyond what they expected and they are able to make incredible sums of money - it is the nature of this business.

Thanks for reading our response and if you have any questions regarding this report, please don't hesitate to call us at +1(828)365-6505.
